How it works

Learning, execution, accountability and support, in one place

The sprint is deliberately practical. You are not watching a course; you are running a search with a plan behind it.

  1. 1

You get one day at a time

Each day has an objective, why it matters, step-by-step tasks, the resources you need and one deliverable. No day is theory only.

  2. 2

You do the work inside the platform

Your job pipeline, networking contacts and follow-ups live here. When a day asks you to add five roles, you add them and they stay tracked.

  3. 3

    You check in daily

Every day ends with a short check-in you can copy into the Opportunity Navigator HQ Accountability Group on WhatsApp. Saying what you did out loud is what keeps people going past Day 4.

  4. 4

You bring in experts where it counts

CV, LinkedIn, portfolio and interview days offer a specialist review. Optional, and bookable on their own.

  5. 5

You finish with a plan, not a cliff

Day 15 produces a written 30-day continuation plan, and you keep the trackers, resources and community afterwards.

The three phases

Days 1–3

Position yourself

Choose a target, then make your CV and LinkedIn say the same clear thing about you.

Days 4–10

Create opportunities

Build a pipeline, apply with intent, meet people, become visible and ask for referrals.

Days 11–15

Convert opportunities

Review, follow up, prepare for interviews and plan the next 30 days.
